* By signing up, the User agrees to have read and understood the Terms and Conditions that govern the Purple Club+ Loyalty Program and give consent to Purple Club+ to contact the User for events, promotions, product information and discount. This will override registry on NDNC/DND.
* Purple Club+ membership, for the purposes of allocation and redemption of Purple Club+ points is acceptable only at M&M Auto Sector.
* The Purple Club+ Loyalty Program is open to Indian citizens above 18 years of age only.
* Enrolment for Membership must be in the Applicant's full name and providing certain details such as mobile number is mandatory.
* Only one enrolment per vehicle will be acknowledged.
* M&M would be authorized to take any administrative and/or legal action against Purple Club+ member in the event of Purple Club+ member carrying out and / or attempting to carry out any fraud, misrepresentation, cheating, forgery, any kind of concealment of facts or abuse of Purple Club+ Membership or of the rewards and benefits under Purple Club+. This shall include forfeiture of the accumulated Purple Club+ points and related rewards and may even result in the cancellation of Purple Club+ Membership.
* M&M reserves the right to add and / or alter, modify, change or vary all or any of Purple Club+ Terms and Conditions at any time, without assigning any reason and without previous notice to Purple Club+ Members.
* M&M shall not in any way be liable or be under any obligation to the Member, if Purple Club+ Membership is withdrawn, discontinued or modified due to any statuary enactments and judicial / quasi-judicial orders or otherwise.
* The decisions about the levy of the onetime fee / other charges under Purple Club+ Membership shall be taken by M&M at their sole discretion.
* All insurance cases done through Purple Club+ would be subject to standard rules and regulations of IRDAI.
* In the event of Purple Club+ Membership being cancelled or put on hold due to any reason, Purple Club+ Member would not be eligible to get any Purple Club+ points on the transactions till the time his / her Purple Club+ Membership is renewed. During such time, Purple Club+ Member would also not be eligible to participate in any of the lucky draws / events / schemes as organized by M&M under Purple Club+.
